Podcast Episode 45: Rewriting the Stories We Tell Ourselves

Humans are storytellers by nature. We learn so much from hearing about other experiences and sharing our own. And the stories we tell ourselves can hold such power in our lives.

Many times, the stories we cling to are rooted in false narratives. They feature an overgeneralization of our fears that we've internalized without ever realizing it.

In Ep. 045 of #younghonestmotherthepodcast, I share:

-some of the most common stories I hear that are holding people back

-open up about my personal experience rewriting the stories I used to tell myself

-share how The Work of Byron Katie has helped me to unearth truth

Join the conversation: what's one story you've told yourself that you could work on rewriting?
