What does a Doula do?
A Doula is a prenatal, labor and postpartum professional that supports physiologic birth in a variety of settings. I walk alongside your OB/GYN or midwife to help you cut through the overwhelm of childbearing. I specialize in connecting evidence-based info with ancestral wisdom as you embody what it means to bring life earthside.
Educational Support
I share evidence-based information to inform your intuition and ensure you gather essential details needed to make informed decisions regarding your perinatal care.
Emotional Support
I share reassuring encouragement, teach holistic relaxation modalities, hold a safe space to be heard and provide a calm, non-judgmental presence throughout the fertility journey.
Physical Support
I share loving touch and hands-on comfort techniques while providing continuous support whether you choose to birth at a hospital, birth center or home.
